Our Commitment

At Merino Nature New Zealand, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
We use trusted New Zealand courier partners to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • During busy periods or promotional sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


Shipping Within New Zealand

  • Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Rural or remote addresses may take a few days longer.

  • All parcels are sent via tracked courier for your peace of mind.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard flat-rate shipping applies at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered from time to time on qualifying orders — please refer to any current promotions listed on our website.


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within New Zealand.
If you are an international customer interested in our products, please contact us at merinonaturenz@gmail.com to discuss possible shipping options and costs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery progress online.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of purchase, please contact us.


Shipping Insurance & Lost Parcels

All parcels are automatically covered by basic transit insurance through our courier partners.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping:

  1. Notify us immediately at merinonaturenz@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  2. We’ll lodge an enquiry with the courier on your behalf.

  3. Please allow time for the courier’s investigation process — this can take up to 10 business days.

  4. Once confirmed as lost or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund in line with courier compensation and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept liability for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.


Packaging

We take care to package all items securely and sustainably, using eco-friendly materials wherever possible to protect your purchase and our environment.


Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, external factors (such as weather events, courier delays, or public holidays) may impact delivery times.
While these are outside our control, we’ll assist wherever possible to ensure your order reaches you promptly.
